Discovery Consultation
This is a complementary 30 minute virtual meeting to consider if this direction is an ideal fit for your challenges, priorities, and goals!
You will fill out a basic health history intake form and a goals sheet prior to the consultation so we can discuss your current challenges, concerns, and the goals you have. This also helps both of us determine if working together is a good fit.
This is the ideal opportunity for you to verbalize your intentions for yourself and take an action step that can impact and inspire what comes next.

Available for those who decide they would like additional support and guidance after the discovery consultation.
Through personalized sessions, we will work together to uncover the root causes of any imbalances and create a tailored plan that suits your unique needs and goals. It will be your wellness vision!
Between sessions you will receive personalized recommendations to focus on with additional resources to empower you.

The Full Circle Signature Program is designed to support growth, balance, and opportunity in all areas of your life. Everything is connected!
The Full Circle Signature Program will guide you towards a state of balance and harmony. Often challenges in life have underlying origins and one doesn’t fully understand which area of their life is actually involved.
By focusing on different areas of life, imbalances can be uncovered allowing one to gain insights to what is under the surface of nutritional challenges and concerns.
The 6 Week Program is $325. Bi-Weekly 1 Hour Sessions
